- Full-speed signal quality testing
- Low-speed signal quality testing
- Inrush current testing
- Host and Hub droop/drop testing (also requires the E2649-66405 Droop/Drop test fixture)
Required for N5416A USB2.0 compliance test software. Compatible with Infiniium 8000, 9000, 80000 and 90000 Series oscilloscopes.
